The waiting period is 3 months to make sure she’s not pregnant because she could get pregnant after her first ovulation and therefore hasn’t yet menstruated, but the pregnancy would start to show

That’s not direct history. That’s chains of narration passed through people, then written down generations after. Even within those same hadith, things don’t line up cleanly. There are timeline gaps, different reports, and scholars have argued over this for centuries. So presenting “9” like it’s a settled, unquestionable fact is just not honest. If you want to use hadith, then treat them properly. They’re human reports that need scrutiny, not headlines you can lift and run with. Because once you do that, the whole “gotcha” you’re trying to build starts falling apart.
