For fun, to all those who hate trading back in the top 10 of the draft. In the last decade, here are just the current 1st rd pks with teams trading up/back inside the top 10 not involving a QB which will be any trade this year. Doesn't include all of those extra assets just the 1st rd pick by itself. Trade backs yielded guys like Jahmyr Gibbs, Micah Parsons, Jalen Carter and Devonta Smith. AZ trading back for HOU to take Will Anderson is the big outlier but if Paris Johnson is a good LT its not so bad. But yeah generally speaking I will take my chances with a trade back

On 4/2/26, ESPN.com published a round-up of "the latest" Aspiration updates (with quotes from the Clippers) which did not mention that: 1) Two federal whistleblowers described Clippers cap-circumvention for Kawhi, in writing, under penalty of perjury 2) KL2's $28M "marketing" deal was kept completely secret/never even announced On 4/8/26, Ballmer's lawyers cited that same story in a civil court filing as proof that the KL2 deal — which contained legal language giving Kawhi the right to say no to doing anything because of unspecified "beliefs," while still getting paid millions — was, quote, "standard." Interesting!
