We heard you. @tZERO is enhancing its previously announced TZROP conversion proposal. In additionto the proposed exchange of 1 TZROP for 3 Series B preferred shares, we are now proposing that TZROP holders also receive 8 shares of common stock per TZROP share, providing additional potential for participation in any long-term upside. This enhancement reflects feedback from our investor community, further shares some of the impacts of the proposal across the capital structure and is aimed at strengthening alignment with early supporters of tZERO as we continue executing on our strategy. @mikeal_man @SearsReloaded I don't think we can really get paid till a new Monterey system is set up only cause I feel it wouldn't make any sense them paying us out and then changing the system completely rendering our holding useless

the NYSE is an investor in tZero and just announced that they want to launch exactly what tZero has marketed itself for, and aimed to be, since inception.
no amount of spin or trying to dismiss this as “drama” is going to dismiss reality, which is that exactly what tZero investors have hoped for, the holy grail of news came today and there was no mention of tZero.

Referencing ICE/NYSE as a strategic investor and framing NYSE’s move as validation of tZERO’s roadmap suggests tZERO is well-positioned to connect into NYSE’s tokenized markets once live, even if it is not the core platform.
Bottom line: No official partnership announced yet, but the statement meaningfully increases the likelihood that tZERO will play a supporting or integration role in NYSE’s 24/7 tokenized ecosystem.

Our strategic investor ICE/NYSE’s steps supporting public exchange tokenization is another positive step for the industry. Converged ~24/7 issuance/trading/custody of tokenized assets is smth that we at @tZERO do already, and is a part of our strategic roadmap since reset and our infrastructure as a service platform. Our integrated solutions for partners and customers will leverage additional liquidity channels provided by NYSE and similar initiatives as/when they become available. This dovetails with our vision of unified defragmented tokenized ecosystem that builds on our earlier announcement.

I personally fell that having the entity that is in charge of the bulk of equity trading shouldn't be susceptible to corporate bias. I was corrected on iCE being a public company. You win👍🏻
