@mjeslfc It's so true. I can just "be" in single sex spaces. Don't need to be hyper vigilant, can simply breathe. I never realise really how perpetually tense I am until I'm in a female only environment.

Talking to an older woman in the gym whilst she happily showered. We were chatting about her menopause and how bad it got, how she leaked everywhere, how her body changed and how she become uncomfortable in her body.
I stood there thinking about what changing rooms really are.
