Price of 1 litre of refined sunflower oil - around 200 rupees. Price of 1 litre of cold pressed sunflower oil - around 580 rupees Whole sale price of sunflower seeds for oil extraction purpose, buying in bulk order - around 170 - 180 rupees per kg. Quantity of Cold Pressed oil that can be extracted from 10 kgs of sunflower seeds is around 3 - 3.5 litres. So, how is refined oil being sold so cheap?? It's because there are a few steps that help extract much more oil from the seeds, these include both physical and chemical processes. Hexane, a crude petroleum product is added to extract more oil. Though most of it is removed during the process of refining, trace amounts of Hexane are still present... There are other chemicals that are added in the Refined oil process like caustic soda, phosphoric acid etc etc. What is added for cold pressed oils ?? Nothing. It's just the seeds and the oil extractor .... Choose wisely. 1st pic: Rate board of cold pressed oils in a local shop. 2nd pic: Refined Sunflower oil price 3rd pic: The cold press oil that i buy from the local shop #Diet

India isn’t dirty because people can’t clean, or lack civic sense. India is dirty because people genuinely believe it’s not their job. That belief comes from caste. And that belief is not accidental. It comes straight from caste conditioning drilled into people for generations. Caste in India was never just about hierarchy. It was about assigning work. And cleaning got pushed to the bottom. So now even today, people carry that same mindset without even realizing it. I am not the one who cleans. You go to a park, people will eat, throw garbage, walk away. Not because they’re unaware. Their brain literally doesn’t even register that they should pick it up. Why. Because somewhere deep inside, they think cleaning is a ‘lower’ person’s job. Same everywhere - Hill stations, rivers, tourist spots. Trash it and leave. Not laziness. Conditioning. Compare this with somewhere like Singapore - You eat at a place, people clean their own table. They carry tissues, wipe it, and throw garbage properly. Why? Because they don’t think it’s someone else’s job. Even Sri Lanka feels cleaner than India! And then we pretend it’s a Swachh Bharat problem. You can run a hundred Swachh Bharat campaigns. Put dustbins every ten steps. Nothing changes. Because the problem is not infrastructure. It’s identity.

Unfortunately, this is not unique to Vrindavan at all. Almost every major religious site in the North Indian plains is like this now. Overcrowded, filthy, stray animals everywhere, touts who won't leave you alone. The only way to have an actual spiritual experience is to either go at odd hours when the crowds thin out, or stick to the handful of temples that are privately maintained and well-managed.

@chiragbarjatya You have to go to private ashrams, mutts like Ramakrishna mutt and others...to get clean ambience and meditate out there. Not popular temples....

@rishav_sharma1 This is the conditions more or less in almoat every religious places in India. And the crowd is mostly dehatis and illiterate. Administrators don't work, only money is important. I don't understand what people get from these places ..neither religion nor spirituality.

Elderly people who have lost their spouse - life is difficult for them. Most of them, both males and females speak fondly of their deceased spouse. They may have passed away quite a few years back, but the memories remain. Some have tears in their eyes whilst speaking, including males.... These people are in their 70s and 80s. They have seen everything, all the hardships of a marriage. They understood leading a life with their spouse. They understand that they have to live the rest of their lives alone.... #marriagelife #ElderlyCare

Old age is very difficult part of life. Everyday you wake up and feel body is detiorating slowly or sometimes faster. As long as you have a purpose, aim and motivation, the fire of life will burn. Stagnancy will bring disease, dependency and misery.

Vitamin D isn't really a vitamin. It's a steroid hormone that regulates over 200 genes in the human body. It affects testosterone production, immune function, mood regulation, calcium absorption, and insulin sensitivity. Most people in the modern world are deficient year round. Especially in winter or if they work indoors.
