@Skinstore_CS So I purchase a $78 gift-boxed item. It arrives broken and leaking. You offer me a 40% refund? Then when I push back for a replacement instead, I now have to pay an additional $10 to ship it back to you for a replacement?? I will not be a return customer.

@SkinStore I placed two different orders for $400 in September, they never left your warehouse even after I waited a month, and now I’ve tried getting a refund for a couple of weeks now and I’m getting no help. @thehutgroup is this how you allow your companies to treat customers?

@Skinstore_CS I had allergic reaction can’t get anyone from customer service and the person I spoke to as live agent said no returns period . I don’t know how you stay in business I will never spend my money with your company again . Horrible customer service .
