What airline have you had the worst experience with? 😤 I’ll start, I hate @Ryanair. I was supposed to fly with them but the flight was delayed for 5 hours. They owe me €250 in compensation bc of the delay (EU261) but are refusing to pay.

@transavia is one of the worst airlines w/rude employees. Tho I paid €20 for a carry on, at the gate, was told my bag was TOO BIG. 1st pic of my bag. 3 pics of cabin bag on plane. Had 2 pay €65 to gate check my bag. Want a refund. #transavia

@GWtweets They should be expelled & publicly post their names so no decent company makes the mistake of hiring them. As a school you should be incredibly ashamed for not preventing this. Hope the donors stop the flow of $ as that’s obviously the only way to make the school feel the pain.

RANT: Anyone else find it really annoying when a company's "About" page looks like @vueling? Instead of immediately including links about social responsibiliy and sustainability (give me a break), can you just say what you are? Ex: “We are an airline based in XYZ and fly to ABC.”

@themissmiles @united We are in exact same situation. Tues canceled flight EWR, 7 days no bags w/AirTags - Priority tags. Have called @united baggage 800# daily. Found out yesterday it’s a call center in Delhi India. Told there are 9000 backlog bags. I’m losing hope @united

@united why is there no update to my luggage report? Everyday I am told the bag will be on the next day’s flight. I haven’t seen my luggage since TUESDAY, it’s now SUNDAY. What is going on #united? I flew in Polaris and have elite status. Doesn’t that help at all? #unitedairlines

@united Also the baggage team is absolutely useless. I’ve sent a photo of EXACTLY where my bag is per my AirTag. I even shared the terminal location. It’s been 5 days. How long does it take for 1 person to go and get a bag? It’s not brain surgery. #United is simply incompetent.

@united The top priority should be to get bags back to people who flew last week and still don’t have them. I haven’t seen my bag since TUESDAY. it’s SUNDAY. I flew international Polaris business and have status. So priority in this instance (when it actually matters) means nothing.
