@SteelSupport Why, every time windows OR steelseries updates, does it break Sonar w/ my Arctis headset? I have to disable sonar, power off my headset, plug it in manually, power it on, and re-enable sonar and then it starts detecting audio again.

@Zirene @cjpbolton @Kaghoegames @Andy_0627_ Demonfall canyon is dope. The problem lies in that its the only completely new instanced content in 6 phases. Sure technically some redesigned stuff exists like Thunderaan. But based on initial teasers people though we were getting semi-frequent brand new stuff.

The Molten Core is a completely new/reworked boss.
Thunderaan as well.
Chromaggus mechanics are bespoke with Black Affix to my knowledge.
Ebonroc and Flamegor stop and go didn't exist, and many other things.
Demonfall Canyon is completely new from the ground up and boss wise in P4.
Also keep in mind that before SoD launched we had things loaded up like BFD, tons of runes, and Gnomer - but to my knowledge this release cadence between phases now is faster than almost anything WoW has ever done correct?
P1 was 10 weeks Nov 30th-Feb 8th.
P2 was 8 weeks Feb 8th-April 4th
P3 was 14 weeks April 4th-July 11th
P4 was 11 weeks July 11th-September 26th
P5 was 8 weeks September 26th-November 21st (when the war effort begins)
SoD will be on its 6th phase before it's 1 year old. It's not that effort isn't being put into the phases - previous phases didn't have a completely new boss visually like The Molten Core, or multiple difficulties in them. It's just reallocation of resources.
Using the skeleton of previous content gives us something to test off of easily - the flexible difficulties - which is part of the SoD experiment for us - can you get multiple difficulties to feel good? I think so. Especially AQ I'm hoping we get it just right between the rewards not being additional power, but also being very desired.

Gonna give a TL;DR for Anniversary realms:
- ONE ealm per rule set, per region. So NA will have 1 PvP, 1 PvE, 1 Hardcore!
- Server transfers to these fresh realms for Hardcore characters on the new realms. So you can play hardcore, and if you die. Transfer to the new PvE realm!
- Enforced faction balance on PvP realm
- New LFG tool to list your group or look for people. It will NOT form the group for you
- New chat channel specifically for services - like Summoning. To divide up lfg spam and services. This will be punishable if you spam the wrong channel with ads
- GDKP is banned on these Anniversary realms
- Fresh realms progress to The Burning Crusade

@Zirene @Andy_0627_ This direct quote got a lot of people, myself included, a bit overhyped for the additional surprises being bigger than just a reused thunder boss and expedited AQ gates.
Part of that is on us the community for sure. But there hasn't been much discovery in these later phases...

@AndrewCGower Love the latest update you gave on steam. Clears up a lot. Love the idea of multi skill requirement content too. Was just one question I had. Specifically cooking (maybe others, I'm not far) any plans to have it be more than just a money maker in the future? Thanks!

@AggrendWoW @KellenSwain I got mine done already, but you could likely use some hyperspawns on the winterspring giants as well. Don't want people to suffer like I did lol.

@Zirene @Matthew89944696 @jorgito_de_38 @SageStein555 I thank you again for your time and well thought out responses. I am also glad you are open to considering changes. I also personally think if we were to receive buffs to aoe in some form that you could then in turn nerf the aoe set if you feel its that op. Just a thought.

@Zirene Hey, quick heads up. So far, rogue tanking threat is pretty rough. AoE threat is extremely hard right now. Even single target threat is pretty tight. Thinking maybe JafW may need a threat adjustment? Rogue discord seems pretty unanimous about this. 1/2

We don't need insane buffs by any means, but its definitely not right yet. If I were alone in this thought then I'd say maybe I just need to get good. But The rogue discord echoes these concerns.

@Zirene @Matthew89944696 @jorgito_de_38 @SageStein555 But I can state that it feels very jank at the moment and having a set fix that and be inaccessible for 2 weeks doesn't feel like a great answer to me personally. I'm not the best player in the world by any means but I have been playing a long time too and I don't think I'm bad.

I won't pretend to know a good answer because at the end of the day I don't have experience in dev work

I also kinda expected us to have more acceptable aoe after Aggrend's tweet saying they originally specialized roles but realized that may not be great for this seasonal mode. I'm not asking for it to be easy so much as I'd like it to be less jank. Maybe ST

It just feels like pulling teeth more than a challenge atm to keep threat. Changing classes is out of the question because I played SoD specifically because I always thought it would be cool if

That line was specifically towards having different raiding difficulties right? Can correct me if I'm wrong and you have wording that promises differently.

@Matthew89944696 @Sknilegap @jorgito_de_38 @SageStein555 rather do something to Shuriken toss threat/CD, or make Blunderbuss a more tank focused ability to give it identity vs. Fan/Crimson.
All in all, I get it - I know it sucks. I just can't help but feel like solving friction for every tank just creates a bland tank ecosystem 24/?
