Source: Creighton’s Alan Huss will hire High Point’s Corey Edwards as an assistant coach. Edwards and Huss worked together at High Point before Huss returned to Creighton prior to last season.

@SkulaTom @HighPointHoops Well we have 3 or 4 freshmen coming in, one of which is a 4 star point guard. My guess is we’ll end up with more like 7-8 transfers. But that depends on who still has eligibility 🤷♂️

Last year, it was a 4-day lag from Purdue to portal. Game on Thurs, portal on Mon.
I suspect we will start getting news tomorrow. I've heard solid rumors of at least 2. I've heard faint whispers of 2 more.

@GWittkamp10568 @HighPointHoops lol who can follow this stuff anymore. I hope Hausen, Martinez and fletcher are back! With a combination of graduating seniors, outgoing, transfers, we will bring in 5-6 guys. With the amount of NIL we have I don’t think bringing in freshman is the way to go anymore

Big East needs expansion in my opinion, some candidates to add to the Big East:
- Syracuse (they need us)
- Notre Dame (IND for fball, also need us for basketball)
- Saint Louis (great location, great fans, perfect fit)

I lived in High Point, North Carolina from 2008 until 2012. My son still lives there about six minutes from the HPU campus. Trust me, the NIL money is there to make this school into a strong mid major.
Don’t be surprised if they make a move to a conference like the Atlantic 10 soon. #marchMadness

I like it, but there are a lot of mid-majors that will *only* play in the NCAA or NIT (not opining, just reporting), so we have to get past that stigma first.

@PrepBaseballNC @diamondcougs Awful! Ridiculous!! Should be appealed ! How do you start an inning and go into the bottom of the 7th inning with one out and 12 pitches thrown only to be told we have timed out ? It’s high school baseball ! This is unheard of and should not be !
