@saas_seller I have seen reps struggle in this model as well. A lot of “closers” have a hard time getting the prospect in the mindset to be ready for the outcome of the product/service. The inbound flow creates a backed up pipeline then never produces new business just awareness.

Selling for a company with great PMF and m lead flow really is insane, reps don’t even realize how good they have it and often think they are great at sales since people come ready to buy with 1 other competitor.

We ripped out Hubspot, Attio, and a disparate suite of sales tooling in favor of Monaco. If you care about working with a vendor whose team is genuinely customer obsessed, I couldn’t recommend it more. We don’t find it necessary to request support often (product works!) but I swear their team’s average response time is 2 mins.

Respectfully, nothing about this seems unique or interesting other than the crypto ecosystem element ..which is also its biggest hurdle to getting anyone other than this niche space to care.
