One of the biggest takeaways from this was the concept of micro closeouts. Whether they are created on the catch or from a live dribble in bumps, stops starts, or change of direction moves, the modern game favors players & teams that can exploit these. Thinking about the best ways to create these from all angles & locations on the floor is getting added to my tinker list.
