Grief is a funny thing. Because one minute you're like, I've got this. And the next you're writing a strategy brief and the word "dedicated" gets you all out of sorts and then you cry for 15 mins.

This week I had an employee announce to the office that he was moving to Florida, accepted another full-time job, and was also not quitting his job with our company because he needed it to help pay for his move. HR is fun.

I saw #BarbieTheMovie tonight and I would say it lives up to the hype! Michael Cera’s Allan was one of my favorite characters.
