Even if something didn’t click as a team, you have to let the guy who brought you to this major (even if only slightly) play in the major. It’s every player’s dream.

@FACEIT_Darwin I’ve seen a smurfing ban overruled because the opponent had an ESEA game against us; it was over a year since they’d smurfed. However, they did have 4 smurf accounts and were never punished for it, even though they had the smurfs linked on their main profile. Problems internal:/

We'd like to hear your opinion on smurfs. Currently, smurfing leads to a 1-month ban on the main account, then 6, then 12, before a permanent ban kicks in. They get three chances. We think there's room for improvement, but we want your take. How should we deal with repeat smurfers? Let me know 👇
