Wanna know another anti-Consumer company, Sleep Number. Not only after 4 yrs will your bed only be covered up to 55%, but they want an additional $250 for shipping. That is 100^ highway robbery! Like Cartman said:

@sleepnumber is the worst! Major issues with scheduling and delivery. No one seems to know anything. Have had dates changed with no notification and day of delivery cancellation! Avoid!

@sleepnumber Really disappointed in this response. It's going to make it hard to recommend you to other people when I can't get the services I want to make sure my bed doesn't get damaged in a move. Still available if someone wants to reach out to get us scheduled for a disassembly.

@sleepnumber, I called customer service today to set up a mattress disassembly. I was shocked to find out that there are ZERO options before our move date of 4/8. If I take apart the bed myself, I could void the warranty, but I don't have time to wait on you! Care to help?

@sleepnumber you app is a glitchy nightmare. The app literally forces you to dial a number to reset it, only to be told the service center is closed. If I were running a tech forward bed company, I would be open 24 hours a day. 🙄

@barry98040 Yes, you can move the iLE by deflating it and placing it directly on the base. Just be sure the base has a solid surface and retainer bars. Please give us a call at 1-800-472-7185 8 AM- 4:30 PM Monday-Friday, 10 AM 2PM. CST Saturday for further support.

@sleepnumber don’t buy! They’re over a month out in delivery. Told us delivery date now it’s a week later!! Seems to be a scam. Have to make first payment before you even receive the bed! Terrible.

Bought new SleepNumber bed ~2 years ago. 1st year, SN replaced pump/computer, inner mattress, and hoses because bed gradually lost air, needing refilling ~ every 3rd night. STILL having issues. DO NOT BUY a @sleepnumber number bed. They're not the company or the product they were 20yrs ago. 🫤
