Post your run. Post your progress. Post your Strava overlay. Post the fit. You showed up, you put the work in… you’re allowed to share that. Not everyone’s going to like it. Some people will roll their eyes, some will judge, some will have something to say no matter what. That’s not your problem. You don’t need permission to be proud of what you’re doing.

the human body is so insane. just months ago, I would be out of breath running 2 miles. now I do 7 miles for fun lol
