Why do you reject your ego? Everyone thinks separating themselves into all these different parts and then boxing up what we don't like, and hiding it away is some kind of answer to being a "good human". IT'S NOT. In fact...you honestly end up becoming more of the thing you preach against when you do that. I have found that not only does life get easier, but you learn more, when you stop fighting with yourself, and accept all of your "parts", and love them, no matter what. You haven't even begun to know yourself, until you do. I really think self-confidence and "arrogance" are one and the same. They absolutely look identical to the observer. I found that I was only offended by "arrogance" when I was insecure in my own space. Now I look at someone with all of that confidence and go..."Heck yeah...get YOURS!" I'm all ego, now, baby...GOTTA BE! It's the "I"...I would not move without it. I was barely existing trying to bury it away cause "don't let your ego get in the way". I finally learned to get out of the way of my ego, and amazing things are happening in my life. Why are you telling yours it doesn't belong in the mix?
