@seetickets Your service is crap!! Are there any humans working there? I keep getting automated emails from you which don't help. Finally I can request replacement tickets which I've done this morning & will collect from the venue. I'm never using you for tickets again after this saga

@seetickets I'm in a ground hog day situation with your customer service. I had some tickets despatched by first class post five weeks ago but they've still not arrived. The 'help' section on your website is hopeless and I just get automated emails which are no use whatsoever!!!
