We do not get a ring stipend but if you don’t want one, you have to go stand before the Supe (LTG) and explain why. Then they basically tell you that you have to get it
Cadets pay for it out of pocket - some folks use their paycheck they get every month and save up, some have parents pay for it, and others use unconventional means of paying for it

Did you know West Pointers get a stipend for their ring?
I used to ask new students who came from West Point How much they spent on their rings.

Navy should get a bid into the dance, played great vs a healthy UNC in chapel Hill. Lost 2 games in conference all year(one in the tournament at the buzzer from the parking lot). This is a good basketball team.

They are always going to get multiple bids and deservingly so. Unless the tournament expands the Patriot League will almost always get one bid.
