100 people. 100 reasons to believe internet-native gifting has a place in the world. Some joined to surprise a friend. Some sent gifts to online communities. Some celebrated birthdays, milestones, and random acts of appreciation. We’re still very early, but seeing the first 100 people trust Slydr means a lot. Thank you. ❤️ Gift anyone. No address needed. #BuildInPublic #StartupIndia #Gifting #Creators #Community

A good day at Alt.F Coworking. We spoke to founders, HR teams, admins, and individuals about Slydr. Corporate gifting conversations were valuable, but it was equally interesting to see people connect with the simple B2C idea: Gift someone using just a link/code. No address needed. Thank you, @altfcoworking #Slydr #GiftAnyone #CorporateGifting #IndianStartups

Tech has entered its funniest era. You can spend 3 months building a product just to discover the real job is making short videos about the product.

@hthieblot Building Slydr — because “what’s your address?” is a terrible way to start a thoughtful gift. We let people send real gifts with just a link. Recipient adds delivery details privately. Sender never has to ask. Very small account. Very unreasonable ambition.

The longer I'm on X, the more I realize: Founders with small accounts are the most interesting ones. - too busy building to posture - 0 Ego, they just wanna win - keep posting with 0 likes - the world isn’t rooting for them yet but I will Tell me what you are building

@Palmonas Shraddha Ma’am We are a very small startup trying to bring some change in how gifting is done in India. One of our order to Orissa is stuck with your delivery partner. There is no way to follow up with them and your phone based support team is not providing useful help.

@Sattyam15 Instead of same boring “HBD Bro”, I wish to send real flower as a birthday gifts to my college friends, who may be living in a different city I am not aware of and I don’t have time to ask to arrange for their address etc. So I have built Slydr - Send Gifts. No Address Needed

Big money is made by solving real life problems. Zerodha solved the problem of high brokerage. Zomato solved the problem of food delivery. Policybazaar solved the problem of insurance confusion. Naukri solved the problem of jobs and hiring. Uber solved the problem of transportation. Amazon solved the problem of convenience. DMart solved affordable daily groceries with a low cost model. Urban Company solved the problem of finding trusted home services. Solve something people face every day. Any other such examples?

Bootstrapped founders in India do not get appreciated enough. No headlines. No funding PR. No vanity. Just relentless hustle, customer calls, payroll stress, product decisions, and showing up again the next day. If you are a self-funded startup founder in India, I’d love to send a small appreciation gift your way. Not cash. Just a thoughtful gesture for the grind. Reply with: 1. What you’re building 2. How long you’ve been at it 3. Why you chose to bootstrap I’ll pick a few founders and send them a gift via Slydr. No coordination drama. Simple, smooth gifting.

@BlueDart_ Sir ji One of our early customer orders (waybill number: 90483660374) has been delayed by two days due to issues at your end, and there is still no update from your team. We are a tiny startup trying to build trust with our first customers, and this kind of delay from your side hurts us badly. Why is this happening?

@ParagArora Thanks for offering this. I’m building Slydr — a privacy-first gifting layer where senders never need to collect the recipient’s address. We’re betting that ‘send me a gift link/code’ can become default behavior. What would you look for early to validate a product like this?

IITD 2008. Sold my first startup to Paytm right out of college. Second one, backed by YC. Third one, building now. If you're in tech and seek help building, ask me anything. Here or DM.
