@eastdakota Hi Matthew — locked out of Cloudflare account since 5/8 after a 2FA enrollment glitch. Ticket #02118827 = no response. Domain smacklip.com — production deploys blocked, 5+ days dead in water. Can someone escalate? Happy to verify identity in any way!

@CloudflareHelp ‼️5 days locked out of my Cloudflare account after a 2FA enrollment glitch on 2026-05-08. Original support ticket received no response. Domain (smacklip.com) live, production deploys blocked. Can someone please escalate? support Ticket 02118827.

@HannahMRobin Big fan of Cloudflare's product, but the support side has gone silent. Locked out since 5/8 (2FA glitch), ticket #02118827 unanswered. smacklip.com is live and I can't deploy. Any chance you can get someone to verify and unlock? Identity proof available.

@CloudflareHelp There is an issue with the User ID/Password, which are correct, as they were saved in the password manager. I cannot log into dash.cloudflare.com to sign up for Community support. I am dead in the water and NEED HELP!

Looks like the auth backend ended up in an inconsistent state when 2FA enrollment didn't complete cleanly. Can someone clear the half-set 2FA state or trigger a verified reset? Happy to verify ownership via TXT record on the domain or any method you specify.

@CloudflareHelp Free-plan account stuck after interrupted 2FA enrollment — same email+password (unchanged) now rejected; password-reset emails don't arrive. Account: mwoods818@pm.me. Site smacklip.com still live but I can't manage DNS or deploys. 🧵
