Many Americans agreed with some of the things Senator Graham stood for. We are against forever wars and playing the role of the only policeman in every conflict around the world. I didn’t love Graham and I don’t love McConnell, but Graham may have saved Kavanaugh from the most BS allegations in history and McConnell definitely saved the Supreme Court.

My heart is broken but I am comforted that the three amigos are together again. I am grateful beyond words for Lindsey’s years of friendship with my family, his undying service to his country and his defense of freedom around the world. He loved his country deeply and devoted himself to it every day. He faced every challenge with determination, conviction, and an unwavering belief in America. He will be missed more than words can express.

There is truth to your "functionally strong" and "for aesthetics strong". The man on the left is worked on his muslces for aesthetics. The man on the right worked on his muscles for brute strength, and there's a reason why you don't see Mr. Universe type muscle men competing in the strong man competitions. The man on the right, while he doesn't look as muscular is functionally far more strong, and was once the strongest man in the world, winning the strong man competition. The man on the left wouldn't be able to compete let alone win in a competition like that because he works all of his muslces in isolation for the aesthetics.
For those that do not understand, I'm not saying that on a individual muscle level the man on the right will be stronger with every muscle. But when you're doing "functionally strong" things, like the strong man competitions that require a dozen or more muscles for one exercise, you're only going to be able to lift/move at the level of your weakest muscle.
The result is a man who has more balanced muscle mass compared to the man on the left which is extremely unbalanced.

There's a parasite spreading through the US right now that you cannot wash off your food, cannot catch from another person, and will not feel for a full week after you've already eaten it.
Michigan alone has close to 1,000 confirmed cases. It's called Cyclospora, and almost everything about how it works is backwards from what you'd expect.
Start with the washing. The chlorine rinses that kill E. coli and salmonella on your lettuce do nothing to this. The parasite travels as an oocyst, a shell built to survive in soil and water, and it shrugs off standard produce sanitizer. Rinsing your salad is not enough. Cooking is the only reliable kill.
Then the part that sounds impossible. You cannot catch it from a sick person, even one in your own house. A freshly shed oocyst is completely harmless. It has to sit out in the environment for one to two weeks to ripen before it can infect anyone. So it can never pass human to human. Every single case traces back to contaminated water or raw produce.
That ripening window is also why you don't feel it for about a week after eating. By the time the explosive symptoms hit, the meal that carried it is long gone from memory, which is exactly why these outbreaks are so hard to trace.
And it's a produce problem specifically. Cyclospora is endemic to warm tropical regions and hitches in on fresh imports eaten raw. Cilantro, basil, and berries have all been past culprits. It's why cases spike every summer.
Which explains what Taco Bell actually did. They pulled the lettuce, guacamole, pico, and cilantro-onion. They kept the beef, the beans, the cheese. The raw produce was the only possible vector, and cooking neutralizes the rest.
A parasite that's defenseless the second it leaves your gut, but spends a week in the dirt turning into a weapon.
