just a reminder that Florida voters passed a constitutional amendment banning gerrymandering with 62% of the vote… but republicans packed the courts and ignored it. By contrast retaliatory gerrymanders in CA & VA passed with approval of voters! both sides are not the same!

Current law grants citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil, even if their parents are here illegally. That’s not what the 14th Amendment intended. My amendment ends this loophole, protects citizenship, and stops abuse. Legal immigration matters, but so do secure borders.
