This past Saturday I completed very well with a new Pr indoors in the open 400m with a time of 53.33 placing 3rd overall

At the USATF Regionals meet last weekend I qualified for the Junior Olympics in the 4x4 with a 49.87 split and a new pr in 400mh with a 1:01.60 they protested my long jump I jumped 22’0.3 @SAUTFXC @ThresherTFXC @USF_XC_TF @Marshall_WU_TF @TrineXCTF @CvilleTrackXC @dlistenb2Him

I will be competing in USATF Regionals this weekend in Illinois I will be running the 200m 4x4 Long jump And 400mh
