I don't get it, if you've already decided to create a cloud version, why isn't your endpoint following the standard format that other big players in the industry (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) use? why are you out here inventing your own API endpoint type?!?!

hot take for 2026. the people who are going to win at AI arent the ones learning every new tool that drops. its the ones who picked one thing last year before it was obvious and went so deep that by the time everyone else caught up they were already the expert. i did this with n8n + workflow automation. picked it when most people were still debating which AI wrapper to use. now i have 8 clients who dont care what model is trending. they care that their systems work. tool FOMO is not a strategy. depth is.

this hits hard. the tutorial shows a working app in 5 minutes, reality is you spend 3 hours fighting hydration errors that dont even make sense. what i found helpful is keeping everything on one canvas so at least you can see all your terminals and agent outputs at once instead of tab-hopping through 20 windows trying to find where things went wrong
