@SnapmintEmi @delhivery Exposing a fraud! Delhivery agent first said parcel is lost, then asked for cancellation OTP. After I gave OTP, it showed 'Cancelled'. Now on 20th March, agent changed status to 'Remark Incorrect'. Is this how you guys scam customers? Order ID 54437160
