A female sexual assault survivor gets dismissed as ‘transphobic’ by the BCHRT for not wanting to share housing with biological males. But a male inmate who suddenly ‘identifies’ as female gets a full hearing to demand transfer into women’s prison. This is insane. Women’s safety is not optional. Time to reform these tribunals and put biology and common sense back in charge.

Jonathan “Jessica Simpson” Yaniv has filed a complaint against me with the BC Human Rights Tribunal. I stand by my original comment on the National Post’s X post and will not be deleting it. Ample evidence exists to demonstrate that Yaniv is both mentally ill and a sexual predator. I will not respond to this complaint for two reasons. First, it’s a frivolous complaint filed by a vexatious litigant. Second, responding to the complaint would require me to provide my residential address. As the father of two small children I will never, under any circumstances, provide my address to a mentally-ill, deranged lunatic with a history of violence.
