@kylet357 @natyu72608796 @KivvyCat Picolinate is more bioavailable so it'll absorb and retain longer in your system than the other versions of Zinc (citrate/gluconate) but it's not really a night and day difference. You'll still get the benefits from normal Zinc, I'd prob just switch to picolinate when you run out

@natyu72608796 @KivvyCat I’d say 22-40mg of Zinc a day should be the upper limit for most people, and 1~mg copper for every 15mg taken of Zinc. I take 22mg Zinc in the morning and because Zinc and copper compete I balance it out with 2mg copper later in the day. Some ppl get enough copper in their diets
