المرصد السوداني الوطني لحقوق الإنسان زيارة عناصر مليشيات البراء بن مالك لرياض الأطفال والمدارس، مليشيا متورطة في ارتكاب جرائم حرب وتجنيد الأطفال يعرب المرصد السوداني الوطني لحقوق الإنسان عن بالغ القلق إزاء الصور والمعلومات المتداولة مؤخرًا بشأن قيام عناصر تتبع لمليشيات البراء بن مالك بزيارة عدد من رياض الأطفال والمدارس، في سلوك يمثل انتهاكًا خطيرًا لحرمة المؤسسات التعليمية وتهديدًا مباشرًا لحقوق الأطفال وسلامتهم النفسية والاجتماعية. إن وجود عناصر مسلحة أو ذات ارتباطات بمليشيات متورطة في ارتكاب جرائم حرب وانتهاكات جسيمة، داخل البيئات التعليمية المخصصة للأطفال، يثير مخاوف جدية بشأن محاولات التأثير الأيديولوجي على الطلاب واستغلالهم في مسارات التعبئة والتجنيد المبكر، بما يتعارض مع المبادئ الأساسية لحماية الطفولة والحق في التعليم الآمن. وتؤكد المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني أن المدارس ورياض الأطفال يجب أن تظل مناطق آمنة ومحايدة، بعيدة عن النزاعات المسلحة والاستقطاب السياسي والعسكري، وأن أي اختراق لهذه المساحات يمثل انتهاكًا صريحًا لحقوق الطفل، خاصة في ظل ما هو موثق من تورط هذه المليشيات في أعمال عنف وانتهاكات ضد المدنيين، بما في ذلك تجنيد الأطفال والزج بهم في النزاعات المسلحة. ويحذر المرصد من خطورة تطبيع وجود المليشيات داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، لما لذلك من آثار كارثية على تنشئة الأجيال القادمة، وغرس مفاهيم العنف والكراهية بدلًا من قيم السلام والتعايش والعدالة. كما أن استهداف الأطفال بهذه الأساليب يمثل جريمة أخلاقية وإنسانية تستوجب المساءلة الفورية. وعليه، يطالب المرصد السوداني الوطني لحقوق الإنسان السلطات المختصة، والمنظمات الدولية المعنية بحماية الطفولة، بالتحرك العاجل لمنع أي وجود أو نشاط للمليشيات داخل المدارس ورياض الأطفال، وفتح تحقيق مستقل وشفاف حول هذه الوقائع، ومحاسبة جميع المتورطين في استغلال المؤسسات التعليمية لأغراض عسكرية أو دعائية. إن حماية الأطفال تبدأ بحماية مدارسهم، وضمان حقهم الكامل في بيئة تعليمية آمنة، خالية من العنف والتطرف والاستغلال السياسي والعسكري. Sudanese National Observatory for Human Rights Visits by Al-Baraa bin Malik Militias to Kindergartens and Schools, a Militia Involved in War Crimes and Child Recruitment The Sudanese National Observatory for Human Rights expresses its deep concern regarding recently circulated images and reports showing members of the Al-Baraa bin Malik militias visiting several kindergartens and schools. Such actions constitute a serious violation of the sanctity of educational institutions and pose a direct threat to the rights, safety, and psychological well-being of children. The presence of armed elements or individuals affiliated with militias involved in war crimes and grave violations inside educational environments designated for children raises serious concerns about ideological influence on students and their exploitation in processes of mobilization and early recruitment. This directly contradicts the fundamental principles of child protection and the right to safe education. International human rights standards and international humanitarian law clearly affirm that schools and kindergartens must remain safe and neutral spaces, free from armed conflict and political or military polarization. Any breach of these spaces constitutes a clear violation of children’s rights, especially in light of documented involvement of such militias in acts of violence and serious abuses against civilians, including the recruitment of children and their deployment in armed conflicts. The Observatory warns of the danger of normalizing the presence of militias within educational institutions, as this carries catastrophic consequences for future generations by instilling concepts of violence and hatred instead of values of peace, coexistence, and justice. Targeting children in this manner represents a moral and humanitarian crime that requires immediate accountability. Accordingly, the Sudanese National Observatory for Human Rights calls on the relevant authorities and international organizations concerned with child protection to take urgent action to prevent any militia presence or activities inside schools and kindergartens, to launch an independent and transparent investigation into these incidents, and to hold all those involved accountable for exploiting educational institutions for military or propaganda purposes. Sudanese National Observatory for Human Rights The city of El-Obeid, the capital of North Kordofan State, is witnessing widespread campaigns of arbitrary arrests and enforced detention carried out by security agencies amid escalating systematic violations against civilians. These actions have caused waves of forced displacement, as many citizens fled in fear of direct targeting and security persecution based on false accusations of collaboration or treason, without any fair legal procedures or guarantees to protect their fundamental rights. These practices constitute a grave violation of basic rights and freedoms guaranteed under national laws and international human rights conventions. They further deepen the suffering of civilians and force more families to leave their homes in search of safety, away from intimidation and ongoing abuses. تشير بيانات التتبع الميداني التابعة للمنظمة الدولية للهجرة في السادس عشر من أبريل 2026، إلى وقوع حوادث أمنية تسببت في نزوح 60 شخصًا في منطقة أم بقيلة بمحلية أم دم حاج أحمد بولاية شمال كردفان واتجهوا الي محلية أم درمان بالعاصمة السودانية الخرطوم، مشيرة الى ان مخاوف الاستهداف بتهمة الانتماء إلى قوات الدعم السريع أجبرت عددًا من المواطنيين في مناطق مختلفة على النزوح خشية تعرضهم إلى انتهاكات من بعض عناصر الجيش. بينما تعرض اخرون لـ انتهاكات ممنهجة تشمل الاعتقالات التعسفية والأعدامات الميدانية خارج نطاق القانون. وتُظهر الخرائط الإنسانية الصادرة عن آليات تتبع النزوح أن موقع الحادثة يقع داخل نطاق مدني مأهول بالسكان والنازحين، مما يثير مخاوف جدية بشأن سلامة المدنيين واحتمالات تفاقم موجات النزوح وانعدام الأمن الغذائي وتعطل وصول المساعدات الإنسانية والخدمات الأساسية. ويؤكد هذا التطور استمرار التهديدات التي تواجه المجتمعات المحلية في مناطق النزوح، ويعكس الحاجة الملحة إلى ضمان حماية المدنيين واحترام قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، خاصة في المناطق التي تضم نازحين داخليًا وفئات أكثر عرضة للانتهاكات. Field tracking data from the International Organization for Migration dated 16 April 2026 indicates that security incidents caused the displacement of 60 people from the Um Bagila area in Um Dam Haj Ahmed locality, North Kordofan State, who moved to Omdurman locality in Sudan’s capital, Khartoum. The report noted that fears of being targeted on accusations of affiliation with the Rapid Support Forces forced a number of civilians in different areas to flee to avoid violations by some elements of the army. Others were subjected to systematic violations, including arbitrary arrests and extrajudicial field executions outside the scope of the law. Humanitarian maps issued through displacement tracking mechanisms show that the location of the incident lies within a civilian area inhabited by residents and internally displaced persons, raising serious concerns about civilian safety, the worsening of displacement waves, food insecurity, and the disruption of humanitarian aid access and basic services. المرصد السوداني الوطني لحقوق الإنسان. يوثّق هذا الفيديو قيام عناصر تتبع للأجهزة الأمنية بشن هجوم على فريق شنابلة من العرب الرحل بالقرب من قرية أم عش ومنطقة شركيلا جنوب شرق مدينة أم روابة بولاية شمال كردفان، وذلك يوم الأحد الماضي. وأسفر الهجوم عن عمليات نهب للمواشي واعتداءات مباشرة على المدنيين، في انتهاك واضح لحقوق الإنسان وللقوانين الدولية التي تكفل حماية السكان المدنيين وممتلكاتهم، خاصة في مناطق النزاعات والتوترات الأمنية. ويعكس هذا الحادث استمرار الانتهاكات الممنهجة التي تستهدف المجتمعات المحلية الضعيفة، وتفاقم حالة انعدام الأمن وغياب الحماية القانونية للمدنيين. Sudanese National Observatory for Human Rights This video documents an attack carried out by elements of the security forces against the Shanabla camp of nomadic Arab herders near the village of Um Ash and the Shirkila area, southeast of Umm Rawaba in North Kordofan, last Sunday. The attack resulted in the looting of livestock and direct assaults on civilians, constituting a clear violation of human rights and international laws that guarantee the protection of civilians and their property, especially in areas affected by conflict and security tensions. المرصد السوداني الوطني لحقوق الإنسان يواصل الجيش السوداني استهدافه الممنهج لمدينة الجنينة، عاصمة ولاية غرب دارفور، حيث شهد يوم الثلاثاء 21 فبراير تجدد الهجمات التي طالت مناطق مأهولة بالسكان، مما أدى إلى تعريض حياة المدنيين للخطر وتفاقم الأوضاع الإنسانية والأمنية بالمدينة. ويأتي هذا الاستهداف ضمن سلسلة من الانتهاكات المتكررة التي تمس حق المدنيين في الحياة والأمن، وتشكل خرقًا واضحًا لمبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني، لا سيما ما يتعلق بحماية السكان المدنيين والأعيان المدنية أثناء النزاعات المسلحة. Sudanese National Observatory for Human Rights The Sudanese army continues its systematic targeting of El Geneina, the capital of West Darfur State. On Tuesday, February 21, renewed attacks struck residential areas, putting civilians' lives at serious risk and further worsening the humanitarian and security situation in the city. This targeting comes as part of a series of repeated violations affecting civilians’ right to life and security, and constitutes a clear breach of international humanitarian law, particularly regarding the protection of civilians and civilian objects during armed conflicts.
