Anyone that works for retailers (mainly for the websites), how hidden is a product like GTAVI in the system? Can ordinary employees see the data? Do you think Monday is a possibility despite no retail worker coming forward?

@NikTek i think its worth noting, if you preordered standard edition and played the leaked cracked version, it shows you as playing the official game on steam. so those people are likely included in this 143k figure

@FriendlyAaron1 It’s not written by rockstar, and it’s not meant to be public facing, so saying GTA 6 instead of GTA VI or Grand theft auto VI isn’t surprising whatsoever.

I don't buy the Best Buy email for GTA VI preorder. Of course, I still think we could get something because of the Earnings Call on May 21st, plus we are 6 months away. I also feel like they would have used the actual name of the game + roman numerals instead of "GTA 6".

@carygolomb You can change this with the controller layouts. The desktop layout uses the mouse, you can set the other one to also enable the mouse so it works in BPM

Using a Steam Deck, which I'm always using Game Mode, was never an issue. But using a Steam Controller on Windows is both good and bad. - Right trackpad is a mouse UNTIL any BPM window comes up and then it isn't (Why?) - Steam Keyboard should not be default on Windows

Now to important matters:What do you think the Online component of GTA 6 will be called given GTA 5 Online is just normally referred to as "GTA Online" "GTA Online" again, "GTA 6 Online", "GTA Online but it's GTA 6 not GTA 5" or something else? Or better yet, there is no online

I was playing Uncharted the other day, and ngl, this feels like a straight-up GTA VI feature like playing as both Jason and Lucia at the same time.

You don’t delay a game when it’s only 3 months for release, everyone is worried because of the past delays but it’s not gonna happen again at this point.

@JASON_DUVAL_VI He said launch marketing in the summer, we will likely see trailer 3 and preorders shortly before then, in May or early june. Rdr2 and gta 5s preorders and trailer 3 were before full launch marketing

Steaminput absolutely lords over xinput when it comes to features, and you can literally add ANY game to steam as a non steam game (or run SRSI to use steaminput outside of steam) Xinput is both dated and lacking functionality and I hate that some games that arnt steam native force xinput over steaminput if the controller supports it, I wholeheartedly welcome the xinput removal.

At $100 this should always work out of the box. There's no reason a fallback XInput mode can't exist when 8BitDo has been doing this since forever.

Tried to buy the Steam Controller right at launch. Got stuck on “error initializing your transaction” at checkout for minutes… then it sold out. Had payment ready. Was already in checkout. That’s not demand, that’s a broken purchase system. @Steam @OnDeck please fix this.

If there is any truth to that Glassdoor review, then we should see a journalist like Jason Schreier at some point report on it, like he said he would. Until then, I am staying skeptical, especially since anyone can make a Glassdoor review.

I see a lot of people are worried about GTA 6 being delayed again. That Glassdoor review is not verified. Only a few days ago Strauss Zelnick specifically mentioned the November 19th release date. That he would expect a lot of people to call in sick that day. And went on to mention the marketing will begin soon. There is no way he would be talking like this for Rockstar to come along and delay the game a few weeks to a month later. I am certain this game will not be delayed again.

@theholyman74862 i haven't had any bluetooth problems on my pc tbh, my only issue is windows will decide if it wants to give my headphones audio but that's about it
