Your truck and your trailer do not always travel the same path. Knowing the path of travel for your truck is one thing. Knowing the path of travel for your trailer is what keeps you out of the ditch. The truck made it. The trailer almost didn’t.

Of all the people who could come after me online, it's never those I've accused of alleged fraud. It's the anon accounts, particularly anon truckers. If you would not say it to someone's face, posting it is cowardly. Most reflexive posts carry no sober thought or genuine nuance. It is simply a moment of ego fulfillment. The trucking industry is incredible. We do not have to agree on everything to be on the same team. Find something worth fighting for. Then fight for it.

@Thewhitesmoke IMO the most important “skill” these truck driving schools can teach new drivers is a proper mindset of awareness and anticipation. That👆🏼to me is the foundation of all future on the job learning we do every time we get behind the wheel.

Same-direction sideswipes made up 31.3% of large trucks involved in property-damage-only crashes and 17.6% in injury crashes. Sideswipes arent the deadliest but they're the most frequent. Same lane. Next lane over. Merge gone bad. Driver drift. Blind spot. Bad mirror work. A car hanging beside a truck. A truck driver moving before the space is really there. It's usually driver error or inattention on both sides.

The Iran War is putting California farmers — already struggling — in a deeper hole, by driving up input costs like fertilizer, cutting off markets in the gulf, and tripling shipping costs. And we will all pay more at the grocery store as a result.

After picking up a truckload of sugar from the C&H Sugar factory, a semi-truck driver got lost in a residential neighborhood in Crockett, California. He crashed into a fire hydrant, parked cars, then went through a fence and nearly ran through a house. Per the FMCSA record, KSK EXPRESS INC is a one-truck operation registered to Karnail Singh. Interestingly, the load of sugar was headed to Seattle, Washington. KSK Express Inc is an INTRASTATE motor carrier.

@maybedanielleee Sad that such an important industry, in terms of safety, in terms of value, in terms of necessity and reliance, has been so demeaned. The concept that “anybody can do it” was allowed to spread with too little pushback. We are seeing the results irl

Trucking used to attract people who wanted to be there. Now it attracts people who have run out of other options.

70%...35 of the top 50 most-connected officer names in the @FMCSA database share the surname Singh. That's nearly 10k trucking companies for 50 people. They're not all the same person, but this tells us we have a data problem. When the same name or surname is shared by hundreds or thousands, or there's no name at all, officer-name matching breaks down as an accountability tool. theteaintel.com/network-graph highlights how the "Gurpreet Singhs" are the King examples. 548 companies. One name.

Fuel is a real issue for us in trucking right now. For folks hauling for @MaerskNAM/ North America, you should e got today's fuel update. Their Inland month over month fuel move is brutal. California diesel went from $4.944 to $7.219 a gallon. All other U.S. states jumped from $3.809 to $5.401. Their surcharge moved from 26% to 44% in most U.S. lanes. That’s a real cost shock hitting motor carriers in one month.

Our site is for shippers, brokers, litigators, insurance companies, but as a driver...I had to make it for drivers and carriers. One aspect of that is parking. We integrate violation rates, crime, census, and other data by zip code and congressional district, so when you're planning to park, theteaintel.com tells you if the zip code is high risk by assigning a vulnerability score, then shows you where secure parking is from @Trukparkingclub to reduce risk of vandalism, theft, or enforcement.

🚨 HIGHWAY PATROL PLOWS UPSIDE-DOWN CAR ACROSS LIVE CALIFORNIA FREEWAY — AND DRIVERS ARE STUNNED This just happened in Riverside, California and drivers couldn’t believe what they were watching. A California Highway Patrol unit lines up… then plows a flipped vehicle sideways across multiple lanes like it’s nothing. • Car completely upside down • Plowed across FOUR lanes of traffic — median to the shoulder • Patrol vehicle uses brute force to clear it • No warning… just impact People watching from behind the wheel are shocked this is even allowed. Most drivers thought this would make it worse… not be standard procedure. Now everyone’s asking the same thing: Since when was this an option… and how often are they doing this without people noticing?

I didn’t just retake maritime academy water survival training, I pulled strings to get my son into the pool at 13. We did the liferaft drills, emergency signals, and basic firefighting refresher together too. The only thing better than doing really hard things is pushing your son to do them with you.

Hello Senator Thune, Let's expose what you're really doing with "reconciliation." You announced it yesterday, eleven months after the House passed the SAVE America Act. You're not trying to pass this bill. You're trying to kill it in a way you can blame on process. Here's how we know: Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are "budgetary." Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say "we tried." We see through you. Meanwhile, you WON'T use the tools that actually work: Rule XIX limits each senator to two speeches per legislative day. Keep the Senate in continuous session, file cloture daily, and the filibuster exhausts in ~12-20 days. You dismissed it as "complicated." Because if you tried and succeeded, you'd have to actually pass the bill. Harry Reid nuked the filibuster in 2013 when he wanted results. Mitch McConnell changed Senate rules THREE times and canceled the August recess. Chuck Schumer used reconciliation within months on a 50-50 Senate. You have 53 seats. You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months. Now let's talk donors: • Goldman Sachs: $150K to you - top H-1B user • Google: $75K - lobbies against E-Verify • Meta: $72.5K - Zuckerberg's FWD[.]us pushes mass immigration • Wells Fargo: $90K - banks undocumented immigrants Same corporations sponsor Punchbowl News, where you sit for "Fly Out Days" which nobody watches except Congress staffers and K Street lobbyists who pays premium bucks for legislative intelligence. Their reporter then telegraphs to the audience the SAVE Act "will ultimately fail." Corporate money flows to you AND to the outlet that frames your inaction as inevitable. We see the loop. You called grassroots anger a "paid influencer ecosystem." YOU are the paid influencer. You take the wrong side of a 80% issue because you are indistinguishable from a K Street mouthpiece, and an ineffective one to boot who won't bend the rules to get anything passed. What we want: 1. Force a real talking filibuster. 2. Stop hiding behind process. 3. Pass the SAVE America Act. YOU will become the reason that we will have our butts kicked in midterms. Not Candace Owens, not Nick Fuentes, not anyone else. You and you alone, and all because you want to make the 200 or so viewers of Punchbowl Fly Out Days happy. You're living in a K Street information bubble, addicted to the comforts and praises of lobbyists masquerading as journalists. You mistake the steak and martini dinners you get invited to as your own constituents. You are not "moderate." The SAVE America Act has 98% support among Republicans. Name one other thing that has 98% support. You are an extreme minority who prides himself on being a calm leader, when in reality you are well in the running for the most ineffective Majority leader of all time. Prove me wrong. Do the bare modicum of effort. Not symbolic. Actual effort. Cancel the recess. Get SAVE America Act passed.

Every senator will soon be on the record with an up-or-down vote so the American people can know exactly where they stand on voter ID. I don’t know how Democrats will be able to explain being against commonsense voter ID requirements, but I can’t wait to hear them try.

RE: Data Republican I am a huge Data Republican (small r) (“DR”) fan. I know many of you are as well. But I’m not sure everyone fully understands the sheer bravery, brilliance and audacity of this deaf every-woman. You see, the government you elect is not what actually governs you. For every area of government (no matter how specialized or arcane), there are powerful lobbying groups, think-tanks, non-governmental organizations ("NGOs"), specialized media outlets, university-sponsored centers and other ostensibly "independent" organizations that act and behave as an unaccountable form of government outside the reaches of the electoral process. While these organizations claim to act in the public interest, each and everyone of them is a self-serving oligarchy that is designed solely to promote the interests of those on the inside--genuine public interest be damned. This is America of course, and freedom of speech and freedom of association are fundamental to our freedoms. However, over many decades, these organizations have found “legal” ways to obtain trillions of your taxpayer dollars in the form of “grants” for “studies,” “policy symposiums” and all manner of other taxpayer-funded activities designed specifically to circumvent the policies the American people VOTED FOR and to perpetuate policies and activities that the average American has explicitly rejected. These activities occur on both the Left and the Right, of course, but over time they have become the near exclusive domain of the Left. These organizations serve as taxpayer/Soros-funded, income-generating activities for Leftists whenever they are out of power, and if/when Leftists seize control of the Presidency or Congress, these organizations are the proverbial bullpens from which powerful Leftists full of the ideas you thought you once eliminated can storm right back into the actual process of governance, implementing all of those dark and mysterious policies that your tax dollars were secretly funding while the Leftists were otherwise off howling in the wilderness. Call it the Deep State. Call it unconstitutional. Call it theft of your hard-earned taxpayer dollars. Call it the evil of the Soros family. Call it what ever you will, but know this—it is a monstrous Leviathan sitting right outside the scope of your votes, dedicated to negating your votes at your own expense, in the most diabolical manner possible. It is the state outside the state. It is self-serving. It does not care about you. It only cares about itself. And its power is VAST. You see it right here on X—you see the swarms of fire ants that come spilling out with destruction in mind whenever anyone uncovers the anthill they are lurking under. And right at the heart of that is our hero, DR. I have been actively following politics virtually my entire life, and never before has there been anyone quite like DR. Through dispassionate data analysis, the smart use of AI and a relentless drive for fairness and justice, DR has done more to shine a light on the nature of this extra-governmental Leviathan than any other person I can ever recall. For her efforts, she has been doxxed by a mendacious Rolling Stone article. She has endured a concerted effort to destroy her husband’s totally unrelated business. She and her husband have received LITERALLY THOUSANDS of death threats. She and her family had to go into hiding. An ordinary woman would have backed down in fear. But not DR. They just made her mad. And an angry genius is an enemy no one wants to face. She still stares them down, day in and day out. Her book will be out soon. Buy it. Buy copies for your friends. Buy copies and leave them on street corners and airport tables. AMERICANS NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH. DR’s book may well end up being the most important and influential American book on politics since “Common Sense." If America is going to survive, we must ALL shine a bright light on this extra-governmental Leviathan, grab a hold of its fangs, and drain the venom out of them. This is not playtime people. This is life and death. We glorify the warrior who does great deeds on the battlefield, as we should. But know that bravery comes in many forms, and as DR has stood in the fire and endured real threats to her life and existence, her audacious bravery is every bit as real as those heroes we see being decorated by the President. Right now, in the USA, no unelected person is doing more to ensure freedom than Data Republican. You can support her by subscribing to her account, but you can also support her by being as brave as she is. I aspire to maybe show such bravery myself some day. We all should aspire to that. One day she will earn the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Together we can defeat The Beast.

We had six fatal load securement expert witness litigation cases just in quarter one 2025. People will argue that we have the worst drivers on the road but then they'll argue that we shouldn't load securement endorsement or open deck endorsement. 100% why we need open deck endorsement right here. Cargo securement violations are consistently Top 10–Top 15 violations in roadside inspections. Companies give driver's keys and just tell them to go get it It's insane.

Traffic checkpoints are meant to check for licenses and impaired driving 🚦. But situations like this often spark debates about rights, ID, and police authority ⚖️. Moments like these show why it’s so important to actually understand the rules of the system you’re operating in 📚. Knowing what the law says, how enforcement works, and how these encounters play out can make a huge difference when you’re on the road 🛣️. Education changes how you move ✊.
