a unintended technical mechanic that makes the game faster when executed correctly, but wastes time when inputs are dropped, makes for amazing speedrunning potential. in botw, windbombing can skip entire puzzles. who cares, no one makes you play that way and most people won't be able to ever consistently pull it off anyways. this movement tech showcased in crimson rode that line of being difficult enough to execute consistently that is was risky, and most players would simply marvel at it during a speedrun viewing rather than ever use it in there own playthroughs instead they made the aerial stab flying a staple part of the mobility, which in contrast has no input execution test, it simply needs stamina.
