@UrbanHermit15 @AmazonUK Father, try chia seeds. They're 100% natural and work 100% of the time. Tescos sell them. They're very inexpensive. I use them to counter the lack of fibre in my low carb diet.

@AmazonUK do you consider it acceptable to send medications so poorly packaged that they turn up damaged!!! I am not happy about this, I cannot return it as it is needed.
