One of my close friends was fired from Oracle Bangalore. No panic, no stress, and no crying on social media. He straight away came back to his hometown Bhubaneswar He had postal fixed deposits in two joint accounts ₹15 lakh each. One with his parents, and the other in his and his wife’s name. He also had one in his kids’ account. Together, these give him almost ₹28,000 in interest every month. He also had fixed deposits in some Indian banks worth around ₹30 lakh, which give him another ₹15,000 per month. He is now living at own home with his parents. He knows how to drive, so he immediately started working as an Uber driver at his own convenience earning good. He has no EMIs and no loans for any metro city flat. At the same time, he is calmly planning to start a small business with the help of his parents. He never followed influencers, never did SIPs, and avoided all the modern financial hype. Pure old school vibes , steady process and discipline. He happily called me today to meet up after our conversation to cross check potential of Bhubaneswar to start something fresh So folks plan in advance so when required you will never fumble Biggest learning for me no matter how tof the situations always prepare with a smile.

@makrand_san @MhaskarChief @foodpharmer2 Cookie crunch contains palm oil as it is a biscuit. Actual icecream is made up of milk. This is simple to understand as they are mentioned in the brackets. Why complaint on this?

@atul_sharma91 @IamKishorBhat totally agree.. though Bengaluru has given me a lot in terms of salary and a job, but i feel bengaluru is overrated. If I had got a chance to work in Mangaluru/Udupi, would be willing to work.

@IamKishorBhat The local public in Mangaluru is far far very different and has a development oriented approach and mindset. Hence they pioneered in education and banking sectors. I worked with few colleagues from Mangaluru , no nonsense approach in there work. That’s why they are far ahead.

@SSAadarsh @VikHasya Yes, through videos. I live in social media era. They literally pour ghee and charge for that. I can cook better and healthier version at home btw. Someone who wants to taste is always welcome.😊

I don't understand the hate Rameshwaram gets. Does it taste good - Yes Do they put a lot of ghee - Yes Does it have a temple ambience - Yes Are they overpriced - Yes, because of the above points I'm personally a CTR, Umesh and Davangere Benne Dose person and don't crave for Rameshwaram but don't get the criticism and the fan boyism it gets.

@Tradewith_kd Real estate definitely won't fall here. Rents are high from past 2 years. Numerous Layoffs happened in these 2 years. Still day by day rents are increasing. Newly built 2bhk crossed 1.5cr to 2cr.

Bengaluru real estate is collapsing🚨 IT sector is going down the hill. It’s only going to get brutal with more layoffs because of AI and budget issues and everything in between. When this happens, cities like Bengaluru or Chennai, specifically Bengaluru which has been built on IT, especially the real estate, everything will collapse. You will be forced to sell your properties for pennies on the dollar. So whoever is planning to buy a matchbox house for 5CR with EMI stretching up to 20 years, please rethink. If you are really interested in investing in property, buy land and build a house on it, anywhere, especially near villages. If you want secure housing, the next potential jobs will be somewhere near GIFT City in Gujarat or Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh. I am saying this based on good ROI in the next 10-20 years. I am not talking about short-term investments. You may feel that I am stretching this out, but you are more than welcome to keep a screenshot of this post and come back in a couple of years and tell me if I was right.

@Kanatunga True. Safer option would be building a business around what you already know or your family already been into..but building a profitable biz is not everyone's cup of tea. That's why employees exist.

@tanyarajhans7 This stipend is better than average infosys/tcs entry level salary. Why not take it up and build the skillet along and jump the ship for better opportunities once one is confident?

The replies on this show how the bar is really low and people are ready to settle for anything. If I were given 30k to come to Bengaluru, I'd lock in and grind hard enough to find another opportunity that's 5x better. Why? Because I know it's possible! Thanks for making the world easier for people like me. I don't live in scarcity mindset.

Must watch for every Indian’? That’s not a film opinion anymore, that’s turning cinema into a litmus test. A movie should stand on its writing, direction, performances and not on who is expected to watch it or agree with it. Big names praising it doesn’t automatically make it groundbreaking. High energy presentation, strong music, and scale can create impact, but that doesn’t mean the storytelling is layered or unbiased. Calling it ‘box office ka baap’ just proves the focus is on numbers and hype, not on actual craft. Collections don’t define quality, they reflect reach and marketing. Respect to you @rajinikanth for your legacy, but this kind of blanket praise only fuels the hype cycle. One film doesn’t become a universal benchmark just because influential voices say so. At the end of the day, it’s a well packaged, high impact film and not the untouchable standard it’s being made out to be. And the louder the praise gets, the more it starts sounding like hype trying to pass off as honest critique Hence
