I don’t have a problem with her stance. The issue is where she said disrespect comes naturally. She literally implied she would disrespect her partner if they’re in the same income bracket. Then a man earning 1000x more than her, claiming to be in his right senses, will still approach her for a relationship? A few years later, he’ll use his traumatic experience with her as relationship advice for other men 😂😂

A number of scholars held that “Ar-Rahman” is a name exclusive to Allah and should not be used alone for a child. Among those who clearly mentioned this are Imam al-Nawawi, Ibn al-Qayyim, Ibn Hajar al-Haytami, and contemporary scholars like Shaykh Ibn Baz and Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen. Their reasoning is simple: Ar-Rahman points to complete, unlimited mercy, and that meaning belongs only to Allah. That is why they preferred Abdurrahman instead. As for “Rahim” or “Raheem,” many scholars considered it permissible. Imam al-Nawawi explained that names shared between Allah and human beings are allowed when the human meaning is limited. Ibn al-Qayyim also distinguished between names exclusive to Allah and names whose basic meaning can apply to people in a lesser sense. The Qur’an itself supports this distinction. In Surah al-Tawbah (9:128), the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is described as “ra’ufun raheem” , compassionate and merciful. Because of that, scholars generally said Rahim may be used for people, but Rahman should be avoided on its own. So, in brief: Rahman alone — many scholars said no. Rahim/Raheem — many scholars said yes. Abdurrahman — the safer and widely accepted form. And Allah knows best.
