@Sol_Diablo_ @MKBHD I'm OK with that, too. I find likes and dislikes as meaningless forms of engagement, with the caveat being that liking a video basically bookmarks it for later viewing. I much, much, much prefer comments. At least then, I know what you actually think.

@codenamepigeon @Jayysein The thing is you don't need to retell a story from a book it's already been proven that you can come up with your own decent story. And what do people understand about that this is technically a different TIMELINE and UNIVERSE altogether.

No the shame is they had a bunch of great books and games to base the show off of and they made it a shitty drama that didn’t make much since. Characters you didn’t give a F about and a master chief that was a pussy!!! The moment the helmet came off the show lost ever fan of the franchise. That could have been forgiven, even laughed about, 6 games and the only time he takes off the helmet they cut to an outside view of the pelican. We could have all over looked it, but the story sucked. I’ve ready most of the books, and no they aren’t all bangers but there are some good stories in there. The games had enough by theirselves to make at least a couple episodes at of each the first and second game through some filler in there. Cut it down to six episodes and not stretch out with boring extra shit that doesn’t add to the story like everyone likes to do these days. All the women characters were fucking awful. Kai or whatever with her bullshit, wasted time for a nothing character, and I thought she was one of the strongest parts of the first few episodes but they ruined her. Halseys story was probably the best part of the show but they wasted it on THIS show. Don’t get me started on the story of Makee with the covenant. The fuck were they even thinking!!! And kwan, yeah same. Waste of time. Soren’s story could have been great, but for maybe a 3rd season when the base story was structured. Anyway. I know people post stupid shit like this so people like me will comment blast and you get interactions points but seriously, anyone who like this, even if they were not a fan of the franchise, has mush for brains and probably like a lot of dumb crap.

It was such a shame they cancelled it.
