Today, the sun has set on DeFi as it once was - as we came to understand it and its limitations, and rose on what it was always meant to be @kamino is setting the standard @solana enabled it welcome to the future of DeFi ladies and gentlemen

hosted a founder workshop and got a question about which verticals are exciting to go after right now and it made me pause to think two parts to this: 1- i think there are verticals that have capacity to 10x from here, and broadly they are: - prediction markets - perps - yield/neobanks - stablecoins - payments - RWA - tokenization in general and ultimately great consumer apps will leverage multiple of these to varying degrees of success. that’s the beauty of the ecosystem. 2- it doesn’t matter what i think. ultimately you have to cultivate some sense of curiosity and natural inclination towards a problem that you can become obsessed with. in fact, obsession is table stakes if you are trying to win in the arena. listen to yourself and trust your intuition, there have been so many cases of david v. goliath - it’s all possible. and in fact many of the winners we see today were just stubborn and refused to give up tenacity and courage are in much shorter supply than genius perhaps cliche but venturing into the land of uncertainty and trying to build something that once solely existed in your mind is one of the best pursuits you can take and we consider ourselves immensely blessed to play a small part in that journey at the foundation good news is you’re in the driver seat and you’re gonna crush it
