According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, electric vehicles in the U.S. consumed more than 11 million megawatt-hours of electricity in 2024. What if even a fraction of that energy, in reverse, could flow back into homes and the grid in times of need?

"Instead of just benefiting yourself, it’s benefiting others. It’s reducing the strain on the grid and it can benefit not just the people that own the systems, that own the vehicles, but it can benefit the grid as a whole."
