In 2009, @knperi, @nacnachi and I published an IEEE paper on "Cloud". (ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/51668…) Funnily enough, more than a decade later, I'm still evangelizing about how cloud is changing the technology landscape and working on Cloud Migration projects!

Looks like there is no reason for me to hold a @RuPay_npci CC anymore. What a waste!!! So much for made in india apps. Ultimately they fall back to the same strategy as Visa and Mastercard!! Everything is business! 🤦‍♂️

Rupay CC on UPI is the biggest scam which @NPCI_NPCI is running right now. MDRs which are charged to merchants are 2% + GST. Got charged those from a merchant because he saw them debited in their account. Few years ago, the selling point of Rupay CC was 0% MDR!! #MadeInIndia

Planning to dilute 100% of my @HDFC_Bank assets over the next 3 years over a simple Credit card application rejection. Including their shares. Been using their Super Premium card primarily and now they have declined my application for TataNeu Infinity! Such a shame!

Every once in a while @JioCare screws up. Internet connectivity is down in my locality for the last 3 days! Not able to call their support as yet keep replaying IVR saying there is maintenance. It’s high time to consider an alternative. @airtelindia what are your basic plans?

With no customer care coverage on weekends. How is @TMBank_Ltd even a nationalised bank? For any emergency there is no way to get customer support. The websites and app are shitty with no way function independently to unblock ourselves.

Am i missing something? @UIDAI does not show centers for biometric update or new aadhaar for children. Been facing this for more than a year now. Is @UIDAI even aware of this?

UPI is down in many retail outlets (especially fuel stations). @NPCI_NPCI doesnt seem to send any sort of Outage declaration or UPI Status page. So much so for a payment gateway platform! Backup is always required #CashIsQueen. Ofcourse #CardIsKing
