This is literally the way it’s been for decades in college football. Oregon didn’t become a power program by being better at scouting than anyone else. Texas Tech could have had been relevant a lot sooner if they had a billionaire funding them in the 90s

@SolidVerbal The assumption that Freeman will get the same talent at Purdue as at ND is ridiculous. And yes, Day has pressure at OSU but its a totally different thing to start at the bottom with a school.
