@americanairlines my bag was tagged UIO-MIA-DFW. I claimed it at MIA customs and rechecked. When it didn’t arrive at DFW I checked the AirTag… it was at LAX. Sent MIA - LAX when tagged MIA - DFW. Why???
@AmericanAir so my bag actually made it to Miami even though it wasn’t scanned. I claimed it at customs and personally rechecked it and it did not get on my plane to Dallas. It’s somewhere at MIA. How????
@AmericanAir 2 bags checked at 9:12PM. 1 bag loaded onto plane at 10:31PM. Gate agent comes onto plane at 11:35PM to verify if I checked 2 bags because only 1 on the plane. Yes. She radios the missing bag tag number. 10 min later plane pushes back without my bag. What????
@AmericanAir was made to check my bag when boarding with group 7 (I’m group 3/2-Million miler) due to lack of overhead space. Boarded the plane - almost every bin had space. So frustrating when it’s done arbitrarily. There was absolutely no reason for it.
@caclosets $20,000 project where your CC representative measured and designed the space. The depth of the shelves was done incorrectly and that’s somehow my friend’s fault? No attempt to fix without paying full price?
@JetBlue codeshare saga continues. I wanted to buy an upgrade but Iceland Air said JetBlue had to process and JetBlue said Iceland Air had to. neither could process?ok - codeshares are more complicated but no one knows anything! And now I’m in a seat with no TV or Power!
@JetBlue just had the nicest customer service person ever. She totally went out of her way to try to get me a seat assignment on a JetBlue/Iceland Air codeshare flight (it turns out this flight is like Southwest - no seat assignments before check-in… never would have known!)
@AmericanAir soooo 24 hours after our originally scheduled flight… our flight is delayed an hour. No announcements. No information and the plane just arrived at the gate. Why was our plane not at the gate? Why would you not make sure that this flight departed in time?
@AmericanAir delayed flight for 5 hours. Board 10PM. Technical issue. De-plane 12AM. Wait 2 hours. Flight cancelled. One agent in gate area. No announcements. No email to loyal customers apologizing. There are things out of your control - but customer service isn’t one of them!!
@enterprisecares so I made a reservation for a car. I go to the location to pick up the car and I’m told there are no cars available. It’s like the Seinfeld episode but not funny. No one called or emailed to tell me. Thank you for ruining my weekend.
@eatzis if you’re going to require patrons to cover their faces - you have to enforce it. Asking someone already inside to then hold a napkin over their mouth is counterproductive!
@AmericanAir Got to the gate late in the boarding process because I was on a work call. I’m Platinum but had to gate check my bag. Get on board and there is PLENTY of overhead space. Flight isn’t even full. This is beyond frustrating.

@Hertz so apparently I was placed on a DNR list because of an unpaid toll from 2011... for $10.10. I've been a Hertz Gold member since 2001. Thanks Hertz. So glad you appreciate your customers.

@Hertz I have a Gold Plus Rewards membership. I’m at SFO and they’re telling me I’m listed as DNR. They then told me the only people who I can speak to do not work on weekends. This is NOT acceptable
