Et le plus fou : plus le chantier est gros, plus il prend l'avantage. L'inverse des modèles d'avant qui décrochaient sur les tâches longues haha Concrètement ? Avant : tu auditais 50 pages. Maintenant : tu penses en blocs de 500 URLs. Avant : tu corrigeais un cluster. Maintenant : tu revois une architecture COMPLÈTE. Avant : "rédige-moi une page". Maintenant : "Trouve les pages faibles, classe-les par opportunité, sors le plan d'action, détecte les risques, donne-moi l'ordre d'exécution. Et vérifie-toi avant de me rendre." Tu vois la différence ? Tu arrêtes de lui demander des tâches. Tu lui confies des chantiers. Et un dernier truc que PERSONNE voit venir : il lit et analyse mieux les captures d'écran Tu lui colles un export Search Console, un dashboard Looker, une carto de crawl, un PDF d'audit de 40 pages... Il lit les courbes, sort les chiffres exacts, et te dit où ça saigne. Le truc c'est que tout ça marche pas en claquant des doigts. J'ai cramé ma nuit à configurer les bons workflows : → les briefs → les niveaux d'effort → les garde-fous → les critères de validation → les erreurs qui ruinent tout Bref, tout ce qui fait la diff entre "ça part en vrille" et "ça tourne tout seul pendant que tu dors". J'ai tout expliqué dans un doc pour pas que tu aies à y perdre du temps.
