The night before Charlie Kirk was murdered, Erika Kirk called a friend to come over to their house to pray for Charlie after feminist website, Jezebel, paid witches on Etsy to curse him, according to Megyn Kelly. Jezebel bragged just two days before Charlie was assassinated about how they paid for "multiple curses" to punish him. One of the curses was reportedly paid for on August 23rd, and the witch promised that the "results" would be noticed in 2 to 3 weeks. Charlie was killed 2 and a half weeks later. "Erika and Charlie Kirk heard about these curses, and that news genuinely rattled Erika in particular..." Kelly said. "So much so that she and Charlie contacted a friend... and asked him to come over and pray with them over Charlie the night before he was murdered." Pure evil. Video: @megynkelly

The Russian draft memorandum that was handed over to the Ukrainian delegation today has been published. Russian demands for ending the war: Ukraine must: - legally recognize Crimea, DPR, LPR, Zapo and Kherson as Russian territory; - observe complete military neutrality, not join any blocs; - downsize the Ukrainian military, with limits both on personnel and weaponry; - disband nationalist military and paramilitary units; - give the Russian language official status and protect the “rights, liberties and interests” of the Russian population; - outlaw all Nazi organizations; - lift all restrictions on the Ukrainian Orthodox Church - lift all mutual sanctions Russian demands for an immediate ceasefire: Ukraine must: - begin withdrawing its forces from Russian territory - stop mobilization efforts and begin demobilization - stop ALL foreign military aid - remove all third country military personnel from its territory - end martial law - schedule parliamentary and presidential elections no later than 100 days after the end of martial law

@w_pend @IAPonomarenko They fear, not without some rationale, that a Russian military defeat would result in regime change, further collapse of the Russian Federation and the potential for multiple rogue states with nukes. IMO, not enough reason not to support UKR, but there is a logic behind it

@IAPonomarenko I hate saying it, but this supports my theory that between the previous administration and the current one, the U.S. has never actually wanted Ukraine to win.

"In mid-April 2022.... American and Ukrainian naval officers were on a routine intelligence-sharing call when something unexpected popped up on their radar screens. According to a former senior U.S. military officer, "The Americans go: 'Oh, that's the Moskva!' The Ukrainians go: 'Oh my God. Thanks a lot. Bye.'" The Moskva was the flagship of Russia's Black Sea Fleet. The Ukrainians sank it. The sinking was a signal triumph — a display of Ukrainian skill and Russian ineptitude... For the Americans, there was anger because the Ukrainians hadn't given so much as a heads-up; surprise that Ukraine possessed missiles capable of reaching the ship; and panic because the Biden administration hadn't intended to enable the Ukrainians to attack such a potent symbol of Russian power." Is it even possible to fathom this unimaginable level of absurdity and self-humiliation? Ukraine defeats Russia's all-out blitzkrieg at Kyiv and then sinks Russia's formidable fleet flagship, a giant missile cruiser with a half-backed obsolete missile. And the U.S. administration gets absorbed with anger, panicking, and fear of getting Putin upset because Ukraine kicks his ass as hard as no one could imagine. UN-FUCKING-BELIVEABLE.

In MAGA world’s alternative reality, Gulf monarchies plus Israel are about to replace “dying Europe” as allies and trade partners. “It could be much bigger than Europe. Europe is dysfunctional today,” Witkoff says. Back on Earth: Entire Middle East GDP: $3.7 trillion 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇨🇭🇳🇴 GDP: $25.5 trillion
Yaroslav Trofimov@yarotrof

The argument from Carlson (and much of MAGA) that Russia is not interested in invading Europe because it is “dying economically” reflects a bizarre but widespread MAGA idea of Europe. Though Europe’s economy is 12 times bigger than Russia’s, much of MAGA imagines Europe as an apocalyptic wasteland whose capitals have turned into decaying ruins inhabited mostly by migrant criminals. (The same worldview also imagines Russia as a Christian traditional-values utopia.)
