OpenClaw Day 3 - Morning session - Tito is now scheduled to run at 5am to find new prospect and add them to the CRM. He reviews my latest notes and sends me an action plan for the day (phone calls and research) - I increased his capability with an allowlist, biggest unlock is now he can run apt (package manager) and install what he needs - Immediately geeks out with sysadmin tools so he can defend the computer

I'm curious: Has anyone ever actually maxed quota on the @MiniMax_AI $20 coding plan? It's insane how much value you get from this service and MiniMax 2.7 is so damn good, all things considered. OpenClaw feels noticeably smarter for me now, too!

unpopular opinion: OpenClaw is just pure hype. it’s nowhere as good as these Xfluencers tell you.

Vibecoding a parking lot striping business Day 2 / Afternoon Enough nerd stuff. Let's practice with the machine. Tip that came with it sprays too wide. Sent photo to Tito. tito@p0p-deb > yep, use that for 12" lines not 4" I asked him to do some research and write me a tip-guide and publish it on the CRM. Done. Ordered the 319. Then sprayed some water lines on the driveway. Got them down to 4" by lowering the spray gun all the way down. But i'll try again with the correct tip.

@DataChaz You’re a dev. So you have the knowledge to do this. But not everyone knows how to. That’s why LinkedIn can still monetise from this aspects.

OpenClaw Day 2 - Morning session Tito now has READ access to my striping business CRM database and object storage. It can now answer questions using SQL, it can read parking lot aerial photos, SOPs, and equipment docs. But I don't want to give it write access to the entire backend. Instead, I'm exposing the CRM endpoints with scoped access to get, post, and put (no delete for now). Bit of a pain to set up but if he's going to be a power user he needs the right access. After this, I want to see if I can set him up with email so he can send follow ups. Any tips? I don't want to give him access to my inbox.

The hiring process in tech is completely broken. - Round 1: Recruiter screens you for 15 minutes. - Round 2: Technical phone screen. - Round 3: Take-home project. "Should only take 4-6 hours." Takes 20. - Round 4: On-site. 5 back-to-back interviews. - Round 5: "Culture fit" chat with the founder. - Round 6: Reference checks. - Round 7: Waiting. Silence. Ghosted. Meanwhile the guy who got hired knew someone on the team. 6 rounds of interviews defeated by one LinkedIn connection.

OpenClaw for business - day 1 here's the breakdown brought down from the attic my old Dell i7 Inspiron from 2015. i was glad to find out i had upgraded the RAM to 16 GB DDR3. also the drive to solid state. for the operating system -> Debian Linux. i love their network installer. the iso is less than 800 MB. 1) create a bootable drive 2) restart to bios 3) boot from drive 4) follow the prompts -> use ethernet for this -> it is the best added tito to sudo group. installed curl and openclaw. set up model as OpenAI with OAuth on the $20 plan. comms via Telegram. * used etc/environment.d for the telegram key tito boots up: a literal GPT tweak vibes > no info dumps please. you're tito, i'm p0p. you're the power user of my computer: p0p-deb. i'm mission control. you're field ops. i'm setting up your environment > help me run my parking lot business. i'm giving you access to manage the website and the CRM. for the website - SSH key pair to read/write on a dedicated GitHub repo -> easy git push to deploy changes for the CRM A. read-only tokens for the database and the object storage (D1 and R2) - so tito can use Cloudflare wrangler (terminal tool) to pull any record and file. and then B. get/post access on the CRM's API endpoints. then tito can create and update records like a regular user . except using cURL or writing his own scripts - no need for a browser. good scope? anyway, that's a wrap for today. i have to go out and practice striping with water. servicescay.com/?open=claw

Spoke with a freelance marketer who charges by the hour. Told me he made $450,000 last month. How is that even possible with an hourly model? He said that he’s running 300 Clawdbots to do all his work, and charges clients for every hour that they’re running This is the best way to get rich as a marketer right now! He's launching a course on how you can do the same Comment "Hourly" if you want me to send you the course when it drops

Well first of all I want to learn how to set it up without blowing up my wallet. If I can manage that, I want to see if it can help me manage a new local business I'm starting. Basically operate the CRM, help me with notes and research on the field, estimating jobs, followups, stuff like that.

@CKlekn great reminder that you work for Amazon, the only way to avoid this is have your own shop too and start growing that, and then you’ll work for the payment processors instead

Amazon has currently deactivated our seller account and is holding over $386,000 in funds due to a supply chain review tied to a single ASIN (B003CF07S0 – Designs for Health). We have already submitted full documentation: • invoices • proof of payment • logistics / shipment records • completed video verification All products were sourced through standard distribution channels and are fully documented. The issue appears to stem from a supplier authorization technicality involving LOA territorial rights, rather than any issue with product authenticity, product condition, or illicitly obtained goods. Despite removing the ASIN and fully cooperating, our entire account remains deactivated. Our inventory is locked, removals are blocked, and over 98% of our catalog, sourced from long term authorized distributors we have worked with for more than seven years, is now unable to generate sales. At the same time, we have approximately $310,000 in outstanding payables to suppliers that will soon begin incurring penalties due to the funds being withheld. This situation is creating significant operational strain on an otherwise compliant, long-standing business. We are fully committed to resolving this and have been responsive at every step. We respectfully ask for a review and assistance from @amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta @JeffBezos @Amazon @AmazonHelp @designforhealth . Merchant: Fresh Up Care LLC

@mreiffy it changes when you realize it's not about asking AI for answers, it's about asking AI to create systems and to become the IT department and the actual users 😬 + plus the marketing team and the MBAs 😂

Claude is getting out of hand. Was building an app with Claude Code and hit a persistent Supabase issue. Asked Claude if it could use the Chrome extension to fix it. Switch tabs… and boom. It was in my Supabase dashboard. Clicking through pages. Debugging. No scripts. No guidance. Just doing the work. We’re not “using tools” anymore. The tools are using themselves 😳
