Nuuro Mustaf, and Permanent Secretary Mr. Hassan Mohamed Ali, with participation from senior officials and development partners.

Today in Mogadishu, @moechesomalia held the GPE Program Management Committee meeting, chaired by the PS and attended by DGs from FMS and Banadir, along with education development partners. Discussions focused on school construction, scholarships, teacher training, SMCs, and reducing absenteeism, with a strong emphasis on girls’ education.

H.E. Abdirashid Mohamed Du’ale, Deputy Minister of @moechesomalia, laid the foundation stone for two new primary schools in Bardhere under the @SEHCDP_Somalia Project, alongside officials from the Federal and Jubaland Ministries of Education. Funded by @WorldBank, the project will construct over 70 schools nationwide to expand access to quality education in #Somalia.
