@BOBO__INNOCENT @AirtelNigeria Just buy mtn Fibre X if you it's in your location.... Airtel is a useless and horrible network....I have been complaining for over 2 months and nothing has been done...I get the same generic response everytime...I have not complained for once since I got this Fibre X

You see @AirtelNigeria You guys make undeserved profits every year without putting anything into improving your network I live on a major road like a major city roundabout and this is what I’m getting from an Airtel ODU Router No Mars ☹️

@balikis_oyeleye @softoddity You are very correct, 90% of the complaints about mtn is customer service, not the network performance....Airtel on the other hand, you will cry blood.....for the past 2 months, I have never gotten anything higher than 1mbps on the airtel...sometimes 0.6kbps..

@softoddity Oh. Based on my research, people complain about Airtel ODU is the network while MTN fibrex is customer care. So I'm going with the fiberx first then see how it is.

I later went for the mtn fiber x option 🫠

@CallMeKayodeOla Switch to the fibre X if it's available in your area.....Since I switched, I have never regretted it....I still have subscription on the ODU running...but I don't mind...I'll throw it out soon...Useless waste of space and money

Yet my subscription is running and won't be paused, which is the most annoying part. Maybe its high time I look for a better alternative

@AirtelNigeria is becoming the worst and most useless network in Nigeria now I haven't been able to access Internet with this their nonsense ODU abi wetin dem dey call ham. I have called customer service like 20 times and they are all saying nonsense, either they will work on it, or tell me nothing is wrong, some even promise me to restart after 1 or 2 hours that its surely going to work, but yet nothing worked. @AirtelNigeria I complained about your useless Odu network severally last month... So I left it for a whole month, subscribed today for the 50mbps plan, tell me why I can't load a simple web page with it? I had to switch to mobile network to call you guys out here....WTF is this

@AirtelNigeria I have been unable to subscribe for the odu plan since Thursday. Your helpdesk said to recharge on the ODU line and then call back for activation other your end. I have done that since yesterday, and still no activation...what in the name of incompetence is this?

@AirtelNigeria I have been complaining about your rubbish network, yesterday it went up, an all time high, it has gone back to the 1mbps this morning. Which means you people can actually fix this trash if you wanted to. You are intentionally throttling people's speed. ODU plan
