This is quite possibly the most perfect picture of a woman ever taken. So cute, so playful, so sexy. I love

@SonOfZeusApollo @JTAlexander @JonnyThom157564 Doesn't matter, he shouldn't have touched that guy's wife and this makes sure of it. It is natural because it made biologically sure of it, otherwise EVERY SINGLE MAN would be groping and raping women, exactly this is the reason it doesn't happen. This is natural and good.

@JTAlexander @JonnyThom157564 It's a mistake without repercussions. Annoying in the moment, and that's it. As I've said, European controlled use of force > African chimp out.

@SonOfZeusApollo @JonnyThom157564 I don’t care if someone dies over a “mistake” when that mistake was something countless generations were able to avoid by exercising bare minimal self control.

@JonPequity @ChicagoPravda It's good, but my above point remains that people supersede institutions. Look at Jamaica, it's the one black country that's doing relatively well. Why? Cause it had British occupation for the longest, and separated smoothly (as opposed to say, South Africa)

@SonOfZeusApollo @ChicagoPravda Can’t speak to British oversight generally but as a lawyer I can appreciate the legal systems they established for their colonies and mandates. Ironic to now watch the British slide into sharia law. Full circle, etc.

I didn't appreciate this until I read some Supreme Court of Canada opinions, then looked into other nations' high courts We Americans take for granted how smart, fair, and eloquent our judges are and how developed and good our law is, on the whole. It's so much worse out there.
Rookie of the Year@ahereza_nuwe

Every lawyer should read decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States even when they dont apply to their jurisdiction. Pure legal art. The legal reasoning and writing is phenomenal.

@whyt_crkr2 @JTAlexander @JonnyThom157564 No one needs to die for a minor offense. For all we know, he was drunk and made a mistake that caused zero lasting damage. Controlled use of force and its mastery is a fundamental principle of western and christian civilization.

@JTAlexander @JonnyThom157564 There are other targets than the face one can punch, such as the arms and the stomach, that are much less likely to kill, but will still hurt a bunch. This was excessive force, used emotionally like a bitch.

@JonnyThom157564 Nobody should be in prison for this. They should be getting medals. The cultural and law enforcement benefit to having rapid response immediate consequences for stuff like this is invaluable beyond measure.

That's a hilarious jab, although inaccurate. I'm stealing it. Your initial point just seemed like a bit of a non sequitur, so my reply might've been a bit confused. Happy for you to elaborate. Reiterating my point: civil law will not save anyone, as demonstrated by the legal clusterfuck that is the EU

This, incidentally, is one of the reasons why women have no place in politics. Dispite the pleasant pretenses, politics is the buisness of managing the monopoly on violence.
Auron MacIntyre@AuronMacintyre

This is actually how women respond to experiencing violence, especially if their husband was assassinated Some men respond this way too but this is the default response for women It’s incredibly normal and you need to be pretty far gone not to understand that

@erik_thorvalds There's truth to this, but the Canadian union isn't impossible. There still are two binding elements: 1. The Crown, 2. Not American. Not just for the bitterness, but because it allows a greater diversity of jurisdictions. Canada is workable; has to be reformed/decentralized.

Friendly reminder that Canada has an expiry date, and it’s coming fast. A country as diverse as this can never stay united; it’s impossible. 🇨🇦 is a legacy British Empire trade zone with multiple nations under its control. They will go their own way as the regime crumbles. Alberta will take over most of the former Northwest Territories. Québec will gladly walk away. Vancouver will choose the Singapore option instead of joining Alberta or staying an exclave of Canada. And Newfoundland, realizing that they are Ottawa’s new colonial oil cash cow will become their own nation again. A rump Canada of Ontario, Manitoba and a Maritimes separated from the rest will remain. And that likely won’t last either. O Canada!

I want my Christian followers to understand that until this ideology is wiped clean from every historical, traditional Christian institution, there can be no synthesis between nationalists and Christianity.

Wow. The Pope was just asked his stance on migration. His answer is amazing: “I would change the question: what is the global North doing to help the global South in its situation that forces them to migrate.”

if men stopped doing all the heavy duty, necessary, dirty jobs that make the world run...women would do them. we already know this, it happened in WWII. if women stopped doing the thankless, routine care work that makes the world go round, vulnerable people would be neglected.

In the wake of Charlie's assassination, many people are demanding that we redouble our devotion to the "free marketplace of ideas." The call seems at first glance courageous and noble. In reality, it is reckless and impractical. We had an open marketplace of ideas; the Left shot it up. Not only have extreme leftists committed violence in the marketplace of ideas; more scandalous still, mainstream left-wing voices have cheered and made light of the violence. There can be no open marketplace—of ideas or anything else—under such conditions. Marketplaces require rules, confidence, and common media of exchange. They require, in other words, order. Liberty requires order. One cannot be both free and undisciplined, for instance, or free and ignorant. We know this philosophically, and we also know it intuitively. It's why we don't let toddlers vote. What we require now is the reassertion of order. We must insist upon the acceptance of basic truths and moral goods, not as the asymptotic goal of endless debate but as the axiomatic foundation without which debate cannot occur. We must foreclose certain antisocial behaviors and suicidal ideologies. We must, to borrow a phrase from Chesterton, stop "the thought that stops thought." In practical terms, this means we must stigmatize certain evil ideas and behaviors, and we must ostracize people who insist upon them. More practically, this means that people who persist in such disorder should lose their social standing. In certain cases, they should lose their jobs. There must be consequences. With any political reform, it is wise to err on the side of caution. The offenses that merit such ostracism should be particularly egregious. A good place to begin would be with those who celebrate the murder of an innocent man.

The Alliance had never been the good guys until post-MoP and this is baked into the core of the faction: - Rampant Corruption in SW - Nuclear Radiation Fallout killed most of the Gnomes due to politics - Rampant archaeological greed a la Britain - Racism. Extreme Elf Racism. 1/2
CreationOperator@CrtnOperator

Horde fans seem to be united around dislike of the Alliance. I picked Alliance 20 years ago because I wanted to be the good guys. That is more complicated now, but not so much that the two groups are the same. This would make them the same.

yeah. i don't give a fuck about her "other interviews" or her "platform online." you don't accidentally say "i would use the notwithstanding clause to override the charter of rights and freedoms to target trans kids." that's not a misspeak. that's not taken out of context. that's a policy position. and it's a vile one. i'm not going to go listen to her other interviews to see if she "discusses otherwise." if she's walking it back now, good. but she said it. on the record. to a reporter. and until she retracts it clearly and apologizes, not clarifies, not "contextualizes," but retracts, that's who she is. one interview is enough when you threaten human rights. don't need a second.
