Stabbed his Uber driver several times while on the FDR! Then walked into oncoming traffic trying to hitchhike. When that failed he tried to carjack drivers, then jumped through an open window of moving car. When that failed he dropped 4 to 5 stories off the FDR breaking both legs

A NYC delivery worker is asking the @NYPD10Pct to arrest a woman who attacked her on the job in Chelsea. She was recording as the woman physically kicked her out of the vestibule where she was attempting to leave a package. @ABC7NY
