@mmrhealthcare @PratsEM Have anesthesia colleagues teach you. If they don’t know, have them teach you TG sciatic block and then use d10 instead but make sure to encircle nerve, not just get close. Realistically, not the easiest block for a novice. So if not comfortable with blocks, start with a course.

@TomJelic @PratsEM Correct, as Mike mentioned, there’s no foot drop or other neuro changes. Relieves compression on the nerve if that’s the cause of pain. Definitely harder on obese patients, but even on some of them, visualization was good.
