And telling it's held by RTO when that was never possible. How much should we get compensated for such intent

When I visited the Tathawade service center and asked about my scooter, I was told something shocking. The job card had not even been opened. This means the scooter had been lying in the system for months without repair even starting.

In Feb 2026, after repeated visits and escalation, an employee called someone named Akash and asked him to open the job card. The job card was opened almost 9 months after submission.
