Jensen Huang runs a $3 trillion company.
He does not wear a watch.
Jensen Huang: “Whatever I’m doing is the most important thing at the time.”
The entire productivity industry just got dismantled by a man who refuses to track time.
The market rewards packed calendars. Sixty-hour weeks. The performance of effort over the precision of focus.
The architect of the global AI hardware monopoly rejected all of it.
Kyoto summer. Suffocating heat. Air so humid it sits on your chest like a weight.
A gardener squatting in front of an enormous temple garden. Picking individual pieces of dead moss. Basket nearly empty.
Jensen Huang: “I said, ‘But it looks perfect.’ And he says, ‘No, if you look carefully there’s some dead moss.’”
That gardener understood something most billion-dollar operators never will.
Perfection is not a single act. It is the daily removal of what does not belong.
You do not build a three-trillion-dollar compute engine by accepting “good enough.” You build it by finding the microscopic dead weight in your architecture and deleting it before it metastasizes.
If you are rushing to ship faster, you are leaving dead moss in the system.
Jensen Huang: “I said, ‘But your garden is enormous.’ And he says, ‘I have plenty of time.’”
Most people keep adding. The ones who pull ahead keep cutting.
Every task you accept that is not your highest priority is a tax on the one thing that actually matters.
That tax compounds. Quietly. Daily.
Until your entire operation is buried under obligations that looked important but were never essential.
The people who burn out are not working too hard. They are working on too many things. That is a difference most will never recognize and fewer will ever act on.
Jensen Huang: “If you prioritize your life, you don’t pile on a lot of things that are in the end not that meaningful to you.”
He did not say manage your time better. He said delete everything that is not your life’s work.
One is a scheduling adjustment. The other is a complete rewiring of how you operate.
While competitors check watches, shift contexts, and bleed energy across a dozen fronts, they eliminate themselves. Quietly. Irreversibly.
Jensen Huang: “If you prioritize your life properly and you dedicate yourself to that priority, you have plenty of time to do your life’s work.”
One priority. Total focus. Infinite patience.
The gardener in Kyoto was not rushing to finish. He was not optimizing for speed.
He had the certainty that his single task was the only task.
And that certainty made time irrelevant.
Jensen Huang: “I have plenty of time.”
The ones checking the clock have already lost.

@niccruzpatane I like how he said the word "because" making it sound like that's just how the technology works. 🤣🤣🤣

@CollinRugg Imagine inviting someone onto your podcast to share a 30-second story about how someone took a photo of them because they look like someone else.

NEW: Jeffrey Epstein lookalike breaks silence, says he is not the billionaire pedo.
"Palm Beach Pete" is speaking out after a video of him went viral on social media.
"This whole thing is phenomenal. I'm driving down I-95, minding my own business, and some knucklehead films me, and the next thing I know, my phone is blowing up."

@ItsInsideWire @Ubiquiti If only there was a cable with twisted pairs that you could plug into a device or switch that would allow for faster speeds

@JCChristopher Most likely she accidently turned off FSD and thought it was still driving. Tesla should make it more clear when FSD turns off. And when it's off there should be a 30 second shadow driving feature where if it doesn't sense any inputs it keeps driving and does a warning.

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier.
Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

More DARVO from @seanfeucht. To be slander, it has to be false, Sean. Just show us the money. How did your ministry acquire $7 million in real estate? And how did you & your wife acquire $4.5 million in personal property? You are a worship leader who lives like an oil baron 1/2
Sean Feucht@seanfeucht
We are living in a day where anyone can make any claim—no matter how outrageous, vile, or slanderous—jump on a podcast, and rack up clicks without a single shred of evidence. And people believe it. Discernment is at an all-time low.

@JohnLeFevre Don't forget the California was a mission success. Money went to friends, cousins, wives for consulting and other services. 👍🤣 it was never about the bridge.

I love FSD, but I will say, I honked at a car one time (and I think grabbed the wheel) and FSD turned off, I was busy complaining about a bad driver and my car drifted into another lane and someone honked at me. I thought FSD was still driving. I am a power FSD user. And it was a little scary. I think it would be nice to give a louder sound and visual when FSD disengages. It is possible it got turned off and that driver assumed it was still driving..

UPDATE: Elon Musk says the driver of this Cybertruck disengaged Autopilot four seconds before crashing, which means the driver was manually driving during this entire clip that Fox shared.
Elon: "As anyone knows who uses it, that video is not how Autopilot drives."

@wholemars Also, when will Waymo stop pulling out in front of speeding cars to make left turns.
English

A lot of people are focused on when Tesla will catch up to Waymo, which is fair given that Waymo has thousands of driverless cars and Tesla only has a handful.
But not enough people ask “When will Waymo catch up to Tesla?”
1. When will Waymo be able to take me on a coast to coast drive?
2. When will I be able to buy a Waymo?
3. When will Waymo cross 8 million cars that can run their software?
4. When will Waymo be able to work with no geofencing restrictions?
My contrarian take is that it’s a lot easier for Tesla to catch Waymo than for Waymo to catch up to Tesla.

@Radios4Freedom @wholemars You have probably never used the latest version. Only daily FSD drivers can comment on how good it is.
English

@bits4meee @wholemars It's amazing.......for a Level 2 ADAS.
I'm sure you understand the difference.
Calling me a bot just means you know I'm right, but you can't go around saying that now, the rest of the fanboi cult will have your head on a platter. 🤣
YOU are part of the system. End of story.

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP.
We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians.
It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.
English

@Radios4Freedom @wholemars You sound like a bot. I use FSD everyday with zero disengagements. It's amazing.
English

@bits4meee @wholemars He's been quiet because he can't make it work reliably without a backup system to the CMOS cameras.
He stopped calling it FSD weeks ago.
"Tesla Self Driving" is how he refers to it now.
Cancelled ownership, pushing out current owners by cancelling transfers too.
You are right....

To put it bluntly, the robotaxi fleet size is bad enough at this point that literally everyone should be asking Elon what the hell is going on, there might be a perfectly reasonable explanation but we should know what that is instead of guessing what it is.
The active fleet size is the same size that it was on November 2nd
